* Project Coordination: You manage interdisciplinary bid teams and work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, Legal, and Management teams.

* Proven working experience in Public Sector tender management: You bring 3 years of working experience in tender or bid management for the public sector.
* Software Industry Experience: You bring multiple years of experience working for a technology consulting, IT service company (system integrator) or a software provider. You are highly proficient in answering complex RFIs and RFPs for software solutions.
* Project Management Skills: You keep a cool head even during stressful phases and tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and bring stakeholders together aligned toward a common goal.
* Education: A university degree or equivalent (Uni/FH) in business informatics, business administration, law, or a comparable field.
* Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); German a big plus.
* Preferred Location: Zurich; Vienna or remote work (within the EU) possible.
