Responsibilities
* Providing administrative assistance for the Head of HR and their respective teams
* Managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication for the Global Head HR, handle confidential information with discretion
* Assisting with travel arrangements, itinerary planning and expense claiming
* Preparing documents for executive meetings
* Organizing internal and external meetings incl. agenda, logistics and F&B
* Drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution by supporting the teams in improving ways of working, sharing best practices, and ensuring high-quality operational administrative support
Qualifications
* Commercial degree or equivalent
* Ideally 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
* A high level of service orientation and hands-on mentality
* Great sense of loyalty and trustworthiness
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to efficiently prioritize
* Above-the-average verbal and written communication skills in English and German
