Talent Acquisition Specialist IT (M/F) – Permanent Contract – Dortmund, Geneva or Lausanne

Reporting to the Group Recruitment & Employer Branding Director, you will be responsible for recruiting IT profiles across the European region and in close collaboration with Business and internal clients. You will join a global community of more than 20 in‑house recruiters, united and passionate about their profession.
Your main responsibilities
Define an innovative sourcing strategy based on the expressed need to achieve the recruitment plan for your scope.
Conduct direct approaches and candidate sourcing through various channels.
Lead HR evaluation interviews.
Support candidates during the pre‑boarding phase and ensure a smooth first‑day experience.
Draft employment contracts.
Ensure compliance with procedures, GDPR, and tools associated with our Group recruitment and employer branding policy.
Contribute to our school relations strategy: develop new partnerships, maintain existing ones, and define interventions in schools (forums, lectures, etc.).
Facilitate weekly recruitment committees with internal stakeholders.
Report on your activities in our Group ATS.
Occasionally provide support on a few general HR topics.
Qualifications
Solid experience in recruitment within a consulting firm or IT services company, with a strong knowledge of tech profiles.
A strong interest in direct sourcing, particularly for senior profiles.
Organized, persistent, and optimistic, you love to persuade!
Autonomous, yet you enjoy working in a team and sharing best practices.
Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in German and English.
NEW: The focus in 2026 will be on PIM/MDM/DAM, therefore it would be desirable if you have already recruited for this area and are familiar with various software systems such as Akeneo, Stibo, Centric and SAP.
NEW: It would be fantastic if you had already gained experience in recruiting colleagues in the field of AI.
