Your daily responsibilities
* Develop the BNP Paribas Easy franchise (ETF and index solutions) in German‑speaking Switzerland to meet defined sales targets for our ETF business
* Coordinate and implement sales, relationship and marketing activities for agreed clients and prospects
* Build strong internal relationships with the Investment teams and other relevant internal functions
* Further develop and reinforce existing client relationships, including cross‑selling
* Work with clients, intermediaries, product development and the investment teams to develop new product ideas
* Support active close cooperation with the internal Client Group organization (esp. transversal teams)
* Build a pipeline of new business opportunities and maintain detailed, up‑to‑date information on Salesforce
* Perform other tasks and projects as assigned from time‑to‑time
Experience
* Relevant sales experience in asset management, with experience from ETF providers
* Proven track record of sales achievements in the ETF space
Knowledge and skills
* Strong relationship and presentation skills, with ability to identify business opportunities, initiate contact and close new business
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven success in delivering high‑quality presentations to a broad range of clients
* Very good/deep technical and product knowledge
