Versatile Bath AttendantsThe SPORTS SERVICE (SPO) is responsible for the management and maintenance of sports centers, stadiums, municipal swimming pools, and more. It provides the Geneva community with numerous infrastructures and promotes sports for everyone through schools for young people and activities for adults and seniors. It also participates in and supports sports, particularly youth sports movements, by granting funding.To complete its team, the service is seeking several Bath Attendants on fixed-term contracts starting April 1st for a duration of 6 months at the Varembé swimming pool.Your mission and responsibilities:You supervise the pools and changing rooms and ensure the safety of users. You offer the public a quality welcome. You perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as well as other activities.Profile:You hold a BLS-AED certificate, Pool Plus, or Pro Pool certification (valid lifeguarding certificates). You have passed the tests organized by the Swiss Lifesaving Society and those conducted as part of the recruitment process. Experience as a bath attendant is an advantage. You accept irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable with the public and attentive to the needs of users, you have a sense of responsibility and are capable of working autonomously. Availability and teamwork are qualities that define you.
