*Job Description** Advise on M&A transactions, corporate venture investments, and strategic partnerships from inception to closing. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Coordinate due diligence and manage external counsel effectively. Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to structure deals and provide clear, actionable legal recommendations. Stay current on legal developments and promote best practices within the organization. *The Successful Applicant** Education & Background: Juris Doctor or equivalent, licensed to practice law in a common law jurisdiction. Experience: Minimum 8 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in a top-tier law firm and 3 years in-house handling M&A or strategic investments. Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong team spirit, and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
