Job Description
Act as a trusted advisor to a population of around 200 employees, ensure a strong point of contact and continuous support
Work closely with mangers and the population to ensure smooth talent management and retention
Support the population during transition phases with change management
Support recruitment, on-boarding, and talent development initiatives, including training plans
Facilitate performance management processes and provide coaching
Act as a real partner, overseeing HR strategy and action planning for the HR department
Support with the management of HR budgets & salary review
HR metrics & reporting
The Successful Applicant
Proven track record as a senior HR BP, assuring autonomy
A degree or certification in HR management, business administration, or a related field
Experience in overseeing HR strategies and policies.
Experience of working within a changing environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to workplace challenges.
