For our Marsens Residence, we are looking for a
Night Watcher
Your role
Ensure the supervision and support of residents during the night
Guarantee a calm and secure environment for the beneficiaries
Carry out regular rounds and manage any requests from residents
Intervene in emergency situations by applying established protocols, in collaboration with the passive night watcher
Observe, collect, and transmit relevant information to the socio-educational teams to ensure continuity in support
Apply the General Concept, Strategy, and Culture of HorizonSud
Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations
Your profile
Experience in the socio-educational field
Training in health and social care would be an asset
Training in emergency management is desired (or to be planned)
Ability to work night shifts, independently or in pairs, with sometimes atypical hours
Personal qualities: patience, empathy, stress management, and calmness in emergency situations
Good communication skills and ability to convey information
Category B driving licence
