Sales Consultant - IT Strategy & Sourcing
Location: Switzerland (Remote, with client site visits in Zurich)
Languages: German (fluent) & English (professional)
Salary: Up to 180,000 CHF package (depending on experience)

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Consultant with a strong IT acumen and a hunter mindset to join our dynamic and growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for some of the most strategic IT sourcing and excellence projects in Switzerland - all while enjoying the freedom of a remote setup with occasional visits to Zurich-based client sites.
What You'll Do
Be the trusted advisor to our clients: Guide them on IT sourcing, IT benchmarking, and IT strategy
Own the full sales cycle : From lead generation and offer creation to presentations and contract negotiations
Build long-term relationships through ongoing client support and strategic project engagement
Amplify our voice: Contribute to publications, speak at events, and share your insights on social media
Keep everything organized: Maintain CRM, attend industry events, and always stay one step ahead
Who You Are
2-3 years of sales experience - ideally from an IT consultancy or tech services provider
A true hunter - You're persistent, self-motivated, and love chasing new business
Background in IT or Business - ideally with a relevant degree
Strong IT understanding - You're comfortable speaking the language of CIOs
Tech-savvy - You know your way around Microsoft Office & CRM tools
German - Fluent (a must!) | English - Business proficient
Professional, well-organized, and confident - You present yourself and your ideas with impact
