About Our Client
Our client is a well recognized, dynamic and innovative brand with a strong hiring pipeline. In order to support the wider TA function we are looking for an experienced TA lead who can help build and lead an additional temporary TA team for 2026.
Job Description
* Manage and develop a team of 10+ recruiters and sourcing specialists across diverse functions
* Oversee role allocation, capacity planning, and workload balancing to ensure optimal team performance
* Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, funnel health, and team utilization
* Support strategic workforce planning and ensure alignment with hiring priorities
* Collaborate with internal TA leadership to continuously improve processes and resource deployment
* Ensure consistent delivery across high-volume and specialist hiring needs
* Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional recruitment efforts
The Successful Applicant
* 6-8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in global or high-growth environments
* Proven experience managing recruitment teams and driving operational performance
* Background in RPO leadership role, ideally with team ramp-up experience
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to inform decisions
* Excellent organisational and stakeholder management capabilities
* Comfortable working across multiple functions and adapting to shifting priorities
* Experience with ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Workday, or similar
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
