About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
to join our team in Switzerland.
In this role, you will be responsible for
driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
by ensuring that clients achieve maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who thrives on building strong partnerships, solving challenges, and helping clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs, goals, and challenges.
* Guide customers through
onboarding, training, and product adoption
to ensure long-term success.
* Monitor customer health metrics, usage trends, and engagement levels.
* Proactively identify and resolve issues to
reduce churn and increase satisfaction
.
* Collaborate with
Sales, Product, and Support teams
to ensure customer feedback drives continuous improvement.
* Develop and maintain
success plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
with key accounts.
* Identify
upsell and cross-sell opportunities
to support account growth.
* Advocate for the customer internally to help shape product development and strategy.
* Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking in
CRM tools
(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight).
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
.
* 3–6 years of experience in
Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations
, ideally in a B2B environment.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to
build long-term client relationships
and deliver measurable results.
* Experience working with
CRM or Customer Success platforms
(Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and KPIs.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
* Fluent in
English
