In partnership with sales, we collaborate with our customers to inspire them with innovative solutions that drive outstanding benefits and ROI into their businesses.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Manage a multidisciplinary Solution Engineering team focused on Industry value propositions & customer/consultative storytelling to drive results inSwitzerland, in strong partnership with the Swiss country leaderLead the transformation of our Solution Engineering activities, in this master the ‘Art & the Science’ of Pre-Sales. Leverage standardized tools to ensure efforts are repeatable and responsive to customer needs, while allowing innovation across offerings with the aim to be continuously more relevant and results orientedProactively identify customers for focused pursuits and partner with Sales leadership to drive the value story into each customer stakeholder map, generate engagement at all levels and achieve impactDrive & inspire the strategic growth of your region with a higher local purpose and alignment, as well as a deep understanding of the geographic and industry market needsEngage multiple cross functional resources pertaining to customer needs and product enhancementsManage hiring needs, as well as performance and growth of the members of the teamWHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?The ability to lead a multidisciplinary team of technical & value-based pre-sales specialists and managersExcellent communication, storytelling creation and impactful presentation skillsProven ability to become a trusted partner to customers and peers, articulating business benefits and value of technical solutionsEffective collaboration & networkingConsultative selling abilities and high customer empathyResilience, positivity, and good judgement in the face of uncertaintyResults driven with a “can do” attitude and a continuous improvement and innovation mindsetEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS>5 years of experience in Pre-Salesas a leaderProven track record of advising customers on decisions and direction with industry best practice solutionsGood knowledge of SaaS applications and how they fit/support both Corporate IT & Business objectivesSales methodology knowledge, including consultative value sellingStrong negotiation skillsBachelor/Master’s degree or equivalentFluent in English & German – French a strong plus#LI-TR1
