Profile:
Higher education in luxury hospitality Proven experience in reception within a 5-star establishment Strong experience in Food & Beverage (restaurant, catering or high-end room service) Excellent organisational and coordination skills Keen sense of service and high-end client relations Proficient in IT tools (MS Office) Excellent writing skills Fluent French and English essential Residence in Switzerland required (B or C permit)

Welcome demanding clients with professionalism and discretion Manage salon reservations and optimise their scheduling Write and coordinate menu proposals with internal teams Ensure accurate transmission of information to kitchen and service teams Supervise the setup of salons, including technical aspects Carry out administrative tasks related to the activity (confirmations, occupancy tracking, etc.) Occasionally participate in welcoming and serving at exceptional events
