For one of our clients in the life sciences industry, we are currently looking for x2 Legal Counsels: a Senior Legal Counsel (7+ years PQE) and a Legal Counsel (3-5 PQE) for a project assignment based in Basel.
An international life sciences organisation is seeking x2 Legal Counters to support international business operations, product launches, and market activation initiatives during a critical period of transformation and innovation.
These roles sit at the intersection of commercial operations, compliance, and strategic project execution, partnering closely with international leadership teams.

Responsibilities
* Act as strategic legal business partner to global operational and commercial teams
* Provide legal guidance across product launches and market activation activities
* Advise on regulatory, promotional and non-promotional materials
* Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements (commercial, R&D, services, collaborations and strategic partnerships)
* Advise on business development matters, including due diligence and post-transaction integrations
* Contribute to innovation initiatives including digital, data and AI-driven projects.
Requirements
* Fully qualified lawyers
* For Senior Legal Counsel: 7+ years PQE
* For Legal Counsel: 3-5 years PQE
* Strong experience within pharma, biotech, healthcare a top-tier law firm advising life sciences clients
* Broad commercial and regulatory legal exposure
* Experience supporting international or matrix organisations
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
* Must be resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
