Job Description

Become an essential part of SMG and join our team as our new Coordinator Executive & Investor Relations with direct reporting line to the Chief Corporate Officer (CCO).

In this position, you will gain insights in different areas of expertise through a broad range of tasks and close collaboration with different departments across SMG. You will play an essential part in ensuring that board and management meetings, reporting processes, and investor relations activities run seamlessly.

These are your tasks:

2. Support of the Chief Corporate Officer in the preparation, planning and coordination of Board of Directors meetings.

3. Responsible for the preparation of Top Management Meetings (incl. participation in the meetings).

4. Support in the elaboration of presentations and other materials in close collaboration with different departments across SMG.

5. Support the Director of Investor Relations in planning and organizing investor events, coordinating schedules and handling administrative tasks

6. Implementation of various ad-hoc tasks for the attention of the upper management as well as support & collaboration in various exciting projects.

Qualifications

7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields

8. First relevant work experience including internships in the field of Investor Relations, Consulting, Strategy, Business Development, Finance, Project Management, or related fields.

9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

10. Independent, structured, solution-oriented, and precise way of working with a high attention to detail.

11. Discretion when handling confidential information

12. High willingness to learn, optimistic charisma with a can-do mentality and entrepreneurial mindset

13. An excellent command of English and German

14. Willingness to sporadically travel to the headquarters in Switzerland (mainly for onboarding or special events).
