We support our clients in areas such as Enterprise Resilience, Digital Risk Management, ESG Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and Operational Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities
Enterprise Resilience: Support clients in assessing resilience across strategic, financial, value chain, information and technology, talent, and physical assets. Assist in designing and implementing Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs to create value through risk-informed decision-making.
Digital Risk Management: Help clients manage technology risks, including Trusted AI, Ethical Use of Technology, GRC Technology implementations, and large technology transformation risks.
ESG Risk Management: Assess clients' ESG risk management programs against regulatory requirements and support the design and integration of centralized ESG risk governance.
Internal Audit: Assist in establishing or transforming Internal Audit functions, executing audits across operational areas, reviewing process and control effectiveness, and identifying compliance gaps. Opportunities for international travel are available.
Internal Controls: Support the design and implementation of Internal Control Systems (ICS) to manage financial risks, including testing controls against standards like Sarbanes-Oxley or J-SOX.
Operational Risk Management: Help clients manage operational risks in ESG, TPRM, Supply Chain Risk, and Program Risk Management.
Skills and attributes for success
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
1-2 years of professional experience in Resilience, Risk Management, Risk Analytics, Supply Chain Risk, TPRM, Digital & AI Risk, ESG Risk, Internal Audit, or Internal Controls. Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or Manufacturing is a plus.
Experience with GRC technology platforms such as SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Archer, or similar.
Strong analytical skills and willingness to handle large data sets.
Fast learner with a growth mindset.
Good interpersonal skills for working in an international, collaborative environment.
Interest in new technologies and digitalization.
Willingness to travel up to 40% within Europe and globally.
Excellent communication skills in English and German or French; additional languages are a plus.
