Job description:
- Provide 1st-level IT support during office hours in Zürich, managing requests via Jira Service Management
- Handle Mobile Device Management (Kandji) for corporate devices
- Administer tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub Enterprise, Zoom, Google Meet, Jira, and Airtable
- Maintain the asset inventory system (Snipe-IT) for hardware and software
- Support employees during onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with HR
- Resolve IT tickets efficiently, and refine processes and documentation
About the customer:
We're looking for a contractor to cover a 4-6 month maternity leave starting in December-supporting IT operations for an innovative Web3 & blockchain startup based in Zürich.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience (office + remote)
- Strong macOS troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Jira Service Management is a plus
Wishes:
- Exposure to Web3, blockchain, or startup environments
- ITIL certification
- Familiarity with asset management, compliance, and security best practices
- Experience in international teams
