Middleby Corporation is a global leader in foodservice, residential kitchen, and processing equipment. Our Brewing & Distilling Solutions Group brings together brands to deliver turnkey solutions across brewing, distilling, canning, bottling, dispensing, and tap systems.
We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead and grow our high-performing sales team. This individual will be a critical force behind revenue growth, market expansion, and team development—pushing innovation and execution across multiple beverage verticals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute robust sales strategies to drive growth across new markets, product lines, and geographies.
* Leverage CRM tools, analytics, and KPIs to guide decisions and boost team performance.
* Hire, mentor, and manage a top-tier sales team with a focus on individualized development and coaching.
* Instill a culture of accountability, achievement, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, leadership—to align go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B technical or industrial equipment sectors.
* Industry experience in sanitary equipment, packaging, brewing/distilling, or beverage dispensing is highly preferred.
