Overview With your experience in Change and Transformation Management, you will support the COO Office in managing one of KPMG Switzerland's key strategic goals - the adoption of AI applications and the cultivation of an innovative mindset across the organization. Hosted in the COO Office and located in the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), this role focuses on preparing, supporting, and enabling individuals and teams to adopt AI-driven ways of working by fostering change readiness, engagement, and clear communication.
Your contribution to KPMG Manage and coordinate Organizational Change Management activities for AI initiatives within the AI CoE.
Review, localize, and implement global Change and Adoption concepts, toolkits, and communication strategies to meet Swiss business requirements.
Develop and execute engaging local change and communication plans aligned with the AI transformation roadmap.
Work closely with business functions to ensure alignment, engagement, and successful adoption of AI solutions in daily operations.
Support business and project leads with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and adoption planning.
Facilitate workshops, training, and engagement sessions to build AI literacy and promote enthusiasm for innovation.
Monitor and report on change progress, readiness, and adoption KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Collaborate with the PMO, AI CoE members, and HR/Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth execution.
Capture feedback, track lessons learned, and continuously evolve the change and adoption approach.
Act as the OCM interface for AI initiatives between KPMG Switzerland, KPMG Global, and KPMG UK - ensuring alignment, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
This is what makes you successful Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, or Communications, ideally in a technology or digital context.
Proven ability to coordinate and execute change and adoption activities that drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
Solid understanding and experience with AI applications, data-driven technologies, or digital transformation initiatives.
Passion for innovation and a strong desire to contribute to one of the most transformative technological shifts of our time.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
Structured, proactive, and empathetic - with the ability to connect people, purpose, and progress.
Experience working in cross-functional, international, and fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with change management methodologies is an advantage.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with a growth mindset and a drive to make change happen.
