We are looking for a new employee as a
Clinical Education Manager (m/w/d, 100 %)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES / INTERESTS
* Completed basic vocational training in a commercial field, marketing, dental or event management, or similar
* 5 years minimum experience in event management. Dental knowledge a major plus
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English are required
* Confident in human interactions and eager to develop network
* Able to pull together high quality training from logistics to KOL management
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure Coltene KOLs are provided with appropriate materials and training (for example Speaker Training Packets at new product launch) to keep them on-message and proactively advocating our brand
* Ensure KOLs are kept regularly informed and feel connected to our strategy, company, upcoming events
* Approve and coordinate KOL education event assignments which require global travel and manage the training materials needed accordingly (content, presentations, Training kits)
* Create and manage the Coltene University Program to support Endodontics, Restorative and E2R workflow strategy and establish loyalty of future customers
* Work in close collaboration with the Business Unit directors, Marcom and Marketing Director as well as Product Managers to deliver appropriate training materials to support business strategies and new product launches
* Develop annual Coltene CE plans and Train the Trainer activities in AG, KG and where regionally it makes sense
* Provide quarterly reports on CE activities and metrics to measure ROI
* Collaborate with Nisha and local teams to support their needs for employee training with respect to knowledge of dental professional education and procedure knowledge
* Actively participate in the Academy development by improving processes, bringing innovation and increase visibility of Clinical Education activities.
