* You support and assist marketing team with administrative tasks and marketing campaign executions
* You coordinate Merchandise, tracking the stock and placing orders for reprinting
* You manage point-of-sale materials (POSM) in collaboration with marketing managers
* You update and refine product manuals and brochures in collaboration with marketing managers
* You support financial tasks - processing invoices and credit card statements
* You organize and stay on top of Asana projects and tasks of the Marketing team
* You coordinate tasks related to internal communication (Intranet, marketing newsletters,..)
Your profile
* You have a Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing or related field
* You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (German is a plus)
* You bring strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
* You have a proactive, hands-on approach and a solution-oriented mindset
* You are a team player, always looking for ways to support and help your team
* You apply creativity and analytical thinking to optimize marketing initiatives
* You are proficient in MS Office, experience with Asana is an advantage
