Materials and Processes Engineer – Metal

Responsibilities
* Plan and execute qualification test programs and implement new metallic materials, assembly technologies and processes
* Lead materials and process projects in the field of Metals and Assembly
* Ensure compliance of materials and processes with environmental and regulatory standards such as REACH
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate materials and processes into product design
* Compile and revise technical documentation such as Process Specifications, Engineering Standards and Engineering Reports
* Conduct and coordinate material failure analyses and support Engineering, Production, Quality and Customer Support in metallic materials and process topics
Qualifications
* MSc degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
* Demonstrate strong expertise in metallic materials and Assembly processes
* Good German and English skills at B2 level with a cooperative and proactive personality
* Apply analytical problem‑solving skills to complex technical challenges
* Work independently with a flexible, committed, and target‑oriented mindset
* Communicate effectively in interdisciplinary teams, showing strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
