As Senior Risk Manager, you will take ownership of risk management across development and production, ensuring robust safety standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.
You will:
* 🔎 Plan, implement and maintain structured risk management processes
* 📑 Create, review and maintain risk analyses and documentation
* Support development & product teams in defining effective risk mitigation measures
* 🔄 Ensure transparent risk communication internally and with external partners
* 🎓 Provide training and methodological guidance to cross-functional teams
You will operate at the intersection of engineering, quality, and product management — influencing decisions that matter.
🎯 What You Bring
* 🎓 Degree in a technical or scientific discipline
* 🧠 Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within regulated industries
* 🏥 Experience in medical technology is required — ideally within medical devices
* 📊 Strong analytical mindset combined with confident communication skills
* 🖥 Experience using risk management tools
* 🗣 German (B1/B2 minimum, willingness to actively use and improve is essential)
* 🌍 English fluent
