Business Analyst IT Finance (M/F) 80-100%
Profile
- University degree (Bachelor or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience in the IT Finance field
- Mastery of Finance processes in SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting) and good understanding of integrations with Sales (SD) and Sourcing & Procurement (MM)
- Knowledge of S/4HANA architecture principles and experience in process reengineering within a Finance transformation context
- Interest in data, embedded analytical tools, and good understanding of digital transformation and innovation challenges
- Excellent listening, analysis, synthesis, and simplification skills for complex concepts
- Strong ability to challenge business needs with a value-oriented approach
- Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without hierarchical authority
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills, with a results orientation and decision-making ability
- Collaborative spirit, ease in complex environments, and motivation for energy transition challenges
Responsibilities
- Lead and/or contribute to the deployment of Finance solutions within the SAP S/4HANA programme, from scoping phase to post go-live support
- Gather, analyse, and formalise business needs from Finance, Management Control, and Purchasing teams
- Translate business needs into integrated functional solutions aligned with S/4HANA standards
- Facilitate scoping, design, and validation workshops with stakeholders and SAP integrators
- Challenge existing practices with a view to simplification, digitalisation, and value creation
- Coordinate various stakeholders (business, IT, integrators, external partners) and ensure smooth communication
- Ensure coherence of end-to-end processes and inter-domain interactions
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and identify transformation gains (productivity, data quality, timelines)
- Propose opportunities for innovation and optimisation of Finance processes
- Support change management and promote adoption of new solutions
