We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Process Safety Expert to join our multidisciplinary team at the Science & Research Process Safety Laboratory in La Plaine, Geneva. Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical expertise and guidance to organic chemists during the development of new synthetic routes, focusing on process safety.
Interpret thermal test results (ARC, AKTS, DSC, C80, RC1), create and review reports, and manage priorities to ensure timely completion.
Lead chemical hazard assessments aligned with the manufacturing schedule of the pilot plant, considering the capabilities of the process safety lab.
Support process safety strategies across global projects, including process transfers, and monitor processes to identify and mitigate hazards.
Assist in risk analysis, support SHE during HAZOP studies, and ensure safety compliance in all activities.

You Bring :
A MSc or PhD in chemistry with specialization in process safety or chemical engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in a multi-product production environment and process safety laboratory.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
Curiosity, creativity, rigor, efficiency, and a passion for process safety.
Fluency in English and French.
