We are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Senior Relationship Manager to develop your own client network in Switzerland.
* As a trusted advisor, you will provide recommendations that encompass multiple products and services to clients and prospects.
* You will develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and overall wealth, being responsive to changes in the business environment or clients' needs.
* You will effectively manage a book of clients, acting as a relationship lead accountable for the clients' experience.
* You will leverage specialists, service officers, and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment fiduciary, credit, and banking solutions.
* You will build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners and identify new business development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 20 years' experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
* A proven track record of long-term success as a Relationship Manager, consistently exceeding client expectations
* Being able to build strong relationships and attract new clients for the Swiss market.
* A client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* A team player who can work under pressure.
* Highly motivated and with an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Fluency in English and effective communication skills.
