Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager that will report to the Process and Sales Director. This position is located in EVATHERM Technologies GmbH, Mägenwill, Switzerland.
The main tasks will be
Lead commercial offering (estimating, process design, commercial)
Develop markets including understanding needs, economics and drivers
Meet with potential clients and understand their organizations and decision making
Qualify opportunities
Participate in risk review and corporate reporting requirements prior to firm proposal submission
Assist project group with commercial issues during project execution
Develop budget proposals and cost estimations
Develop firm price proposals
Manage multiple proposals simultaneously
Qualifications
You have an educational background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 7 years experience in thermal processes, preferably in evaporation and crystallization processes. Strong contract negotiation skills. Ability to negotiate with clients and bring them to an end. Full professional in English and German is required. Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills. Available to travel internationally.
