Job Description

As a BDM, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.





Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

* Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
* Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
* Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.



Ideal Profile

Targeted Qualifications

* Fluency in English Language, C1 level.
* Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in Forex field (including evidence of having Active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (per month Net Deposit)
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in (Northern EU or CIS Regions)
