What you can expect
* You provide the highest level of customer service and engagement.
* You develop a thorough knowledge of products in store.
* You achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up‑selling, UPT, ATV and productivity.
* You maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
* You follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.

* You like to work independently as well as in a team.
* You have excellent written and verbal communication in English (another language is a plus but not necessary).
* You have an exceptional awareness of quality and hygiene.
