Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing at Villars Palace, the Marketing & Communication Manager plays a key role in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for Villars Palace.
* Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and initiatives.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and digital evolutions to propose innovative actions to enhance visibility and marketing performance.
* Define and execute an engaging and relevant content strategy.
* Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing actions using key indicators.
* Design and produce marketing materials (visuals, videos, brochures, newsletters, etc.).
* Validate and control all editorial content in French and English.
* Develop strategic collaborations and partnerships to increase the visibility of Villars Palace.
* Work closely with internal departments (sales, events, F&B, HR, spa, etc.) to ensure effective communication.
* Manage relationships with external service providers (communication agencies, graphic designers, printers, etc.).
* Ensure regular reporting to management and provide strategic recommendations.
* Offer support to internal operations when necessary, in a spirit of collaboration.
Your profile
* 5 to 8 years of experience in branding and marketing
* Ability to develop a comprehensive marketing plan
* Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and managing paid campaigns
* Proven experience in managing social media, preferably in the luxury sector
* Strong network in public relations (PR)
* Excellent writing skills in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
* Creative mindset and proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing
* Knowledge of website CMS — Webflow is a plus
* Excellent organizational skillsAbility to manage external agencies
* Leadership, autonomy, strong adaptability, and team spirit
* Experience in hospitality is an asset but not essential
* A genuine passion for the hospitality industry is essential
