We are committed to responsible sourcing and trading that benefits both industry and environment. /p h3Your mission: /h3 ul liSupport the trading team in daily business with a focus on trade execution, contract drafting and management, logistics coordination, and risk control /li liCoordinate logistical processes with logistics providers, including the organisation of sea and/or land transport, and close collaboration with other business areas to ensure efficient operations /li liHandle freight inquiries, plan efficient multimodal logistics chains, and organise and track shipments as well as independent inspections /li liDesign and further develop efficient middle office processes as well as the trading tools we use /li liManage and maintain an overview of ongoing shipments, ensuring timely follow-up on all operational steps from booking to final delivery /li liTake ownership of projects interfacing with the trading operations and gradual introduction into selected trading activities /li liRegular review and reconciliation of warehouse stock reports with internal system records, including inventory checks for stocks held in ports and warehouses /li liPrepare, review and manage trade and shipping documentation /li liReview and allocate freight, storage and inspection costs to the relevant trades /li liSupport internal projects /li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liMore than 3 years of experience in middle office, operations management, or container logistics, particularly in organising and handling sea freight as well as pre- and post-carriage. Experience in a trading company is an advantage /li liKnowledge of multimodal transport and ideally experience in full chartering of vessels /li liVery good English skills, both written and spoken are required.
