Role & Responsibilities As the right hand of the CEO, in this newly-created position, your role will be a mix of investor relations (hands-on/operational/story-telling/due diligence). In addition you will be in charge of fund-raising and bring your LP network (Europe, UK, Middle East). Responsibilities: - Lead fundraising and capital raising across private market strategies, co-investments, and exclusive opportunities. - Manage relationships with sophisticated investors throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to reporting and strategic updates. - Turn complex investment strategies into clear, engaging stories for high-net-worth clients and institutions. - Coordinate with investment, leadership, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategy and communication. - Oversee CRM, investor data, and reporting processes to maintain high-quality engagement and compliance. - Represent the firm in investor meetings, events, and industry discussions. Candidate Profile - Experienced in fundraising, capital formation, and investor relations in private markets or wealth management. - Strong knowledge of alternative investments, private funds, and co-investment structures. - Strategic, proactive, and entrepreneurial - able to drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment. - Client-facing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual a plus (English required, French preferred). - Comfortable with Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and portfolio management platforms (Addepar preferred).
