If so, we would like to meet you!- Continuously improve the change management process by considering standardized methods and procedures.- Identify, analyze, and evaluate all change requests, preparing them for the Change Advisory Board while considering SLAs and minimizing acceptable risk to the systems.- Define the problem management process to proactively identify issues and implement solutions or workarounds quickly.- Collaborate with support, product managers, and internal and external service partners to unequivocally clarify the root causes of a problem and resolve it appropriately and economically.- Maintain cutting-edge knowledge and proactively integrate it both internally and externally within the department.- Create a trustworthy and performance-oriented environment through effective collaboration with all levels of the organization.Requirements - A master's degree in physics or a similar field with at least 5 years of professional experience. - In-depth knowledge of ITIL and change and problem management. - Analytical approach to problem-solving and ability to prioritize effectively while continuously adapting to evolving priorities, demands, and timelines. - Dynamic and team-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge. - Capable of working in a highly dynamic technical environment and managing multiple tasks concurrently. - Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear and precise oral and written communication. - Knowledge of Confluence, ServiceNow, DevOps, Scrum/Agile is a plus. - Bilingual in German and French with good knowledge of English; knowledge of Italian is an additional asset.We offer an opportunity in an exciting field, within a dynamic, challenging, and rapidly growing company.
