Lead and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings (balance sheet, P&L, accruals, etc.)
Coordinate and manage the external audit process and relationships with auditors
Oversee accounting operations and provide technical guidance to the team
Ensure compliance with internal controls and continuously improve financial processes
Prepare statutory financial statements and support corporate tax filings
Contribute to consolidation processes and group reporting
Participate in finance-related projects and system enhancements
Team Coordination & Administration :
Supervise and support a team of accountants
Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily accounting tasks
Assist in the preparation of banking documentation and payment instructions
Collaborate on cross-functional and ad hoc projects
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data integrity
Stable and structured environment
Experience in external audit is mandatory
Swiss Federal Diploma in Controlling and / or Accounting (CPAantes, Expertise, Brevet)
Previous experience in an external audit firm,
Experience with consolidation (IFRS)
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Comfortable working in a structured environment with clearly established processes, supportive guidance, and regular managerial oversight.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Valid work authorisation for Switzerland
