Ph3Assistant FB Maître d'hôtel /h3pWe are looking for a professional with a passion for the hospitality industry, with experience in 4 and 5-star Hotels, capable of combining operational excellence with strategic leadership. /ph3Contract /h3pCDD à 100 % pour la saison, avec une possibilité d'évolution vers un CDI. /ph3Missions /h3pNon-exhaustive list of activities tasks /pulliBe an ambassador for the Hotel and its FB departments, including the gourmet Restaurant Chez Meyer’s, Jack’s Brasserie, the Breakfast, the Sushi bar and the banquets. /liliManage the FB operations with the team in the absence of the Manager, guaranteeing FB service operations are up to Relais Châteaux standards. /liliComfortable with all types of service: à la carte, banquet, gueridon service, buffet, and others. /liliWelcoming and serving customers, anticipating their needs. /liliManaging cash operations and ability to achieve sales targets (upselling and others). /liliEnsure that the restaurants service runs smoothly, from order taking to customer departure. /liliAssisting in the management of beverage supplies, ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained in line with hotel occupancy forecasts. /liliEnsuring closing and opening procedures of the FB outlets are in compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards. /liliPlaying an active role in coordinating banquet in collaboration with the Chef, helping to develop menus tailored to customer preferences while ensuring effective cost management. /liliKnowledge of food and wine pairing. /liliHolder of a qualification (CFC or equivalent) and with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. /li /ulh3Prerequisites /h3ulliLanguage skills German, plus French or English. /liliAbility to work in a team and collaborate with other departments of the hotel. /liliMust have a real interest in their profession: motivation, involvement, and energy. /liliVersatility and flexibility. /liliExcellent presentation and team spirit. /li /ulh3Main Qualities /h3ulliOrganisational skills and diplomacy /liliSense of responsibility, customer service and excellence. /liliDedication to your job /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
