Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy FinTech Data Analyst / AI Consultant to support client-facing AI and data science projects. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and financial sector clients to analyze datasets, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered insights that drive value.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze structured and unstructured financial data to uncover insights and trends
Design and implement machine learning models for credit risk, fraud detection, or client segmentation
Develop dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Translate business requirements into data solutions with clear impact metrics
Support AI strategy workshops, client presentations, and technical documentation
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models in production environments
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in data analytics or AI, preferably within the finance/FinTech sector
Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.), SQL, and data wrangling
Strong knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and version control (Git)
Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
Must be currently based in Switzerland
Nice to Have
Familiarity with financial regulations, risk modeling, or blockchain analytics
Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), NLP, or generative AI tools
Consulting experience with client-facing communication
