We believe that a long-term approach, coupled with a strong focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles, is essential to achieve sustained success. This applies to our investment activities and to the solutions we deliver to our clients, as well as to our business operations as a whole. Our ESG commitment dates back to 2003, when we first began including responsible investment clauses in our fund documentation. Since then, our engagement in the ESG space has grown and evolved continuously - increasingly powered by data-driven frameworks that allow us to systematically collect, monitor and analyze ESG metrics across our portfolio. We leverage proprietary data infrastructure, advanced analytics and emerging AI technologies to translate raw ESG data into actionable insights, enabling us to make more informed and impactful investment decisions at scale.
This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester breaks and offers flexibility during your studies with a minimum of 2 working days per week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for at least 18 months, ideally for several years during their studies.
Your main tasks as Student Support within the ESG team include:
Supporting the ESG team in building and maintaining data pipelines, databases and tools for ESG data collection, monitoring, analysis and reporting;
Writing and maintaining scripts and applications in C# and or Python to automate workflows and enhance data processing capabilities;
Supporting the exploration and development of AI-driven solutions for automated ESG data scraping, extraction and identification from unstructured sources (e.g., company reports, news feeds, regulatory filings).
