This is where you'll excel
You take ownership (together with two development teams) for delivering the machine platform as Lead Frontend Developer.
You share the System Architect responsibilities with your peer, with a clear path to grow into a System Architect role.
You drive the continuous evolution of the group-wide platform with your team, using Angular and .NET.
You help establish the platform, build the community around it, and introduce effective processes and systems.
You support the Product Owners by defining technical enablers and driving maintenance topics based on business needs.
These are the skills you'll need
Completed degree (ETH/University, UAS/FH, or HF) in Software Engineering or a comparable field
Professional experience as a Lead Developer/Architect, ideally with Angular/TypeScript
Proven ability to communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational topics clearly and concisely
Team player with strong relationship-building skills with developers and stakeholders
Persuasive mindset with a healthy level of assertiveness
Good English skills; German is a plus
