We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to lead our Travel Retail Europe business. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales, a strong network of key accounts, and the ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
* Commercial and Operational Management :
* Develop and implement a Key Account Strategy focused on sales development, profitability, and retail excellence
* Accountable for sales and profitability growth by building and delivering budget forecasts in line with Group financial objectives
* Build relationships and alliances with Key Accounts through collaborative planning and identifying opportunities for long-term sustainable growth
* Negotiate commercial agreements ensuring image and space requirements, merchandising, and marketing plans
* Propose and execute strategic plans to maximize business opportunities, growth, and profitability
* Reporting and Analyzing :
* Monitor Sell-In (orders) following expected monthly phasing and ensure commercial / marketing priorities
* Provide Sell-Out analysis using PowerBI tool, comparing to Retailer / Market trends, monitoring competition, and recommending action plans for growth
* Team Management :
* Manage, coach, and motivate a direct team comprising Commercial Executives, Retail Managers, and Beauty Advisors across the region
* Others :
* Manage trade events, trainings, and seminars in the region
Requirements :
* Master's Degree in International Business or related field
* 10 years' experience in international sales within the Travel Retail and Beauty Industry, including at least 5 years of management
* Fluent in English and French
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
* Proven negotiation and influence skills, with business acumen
