As a Junior Trader, you will play a crucial role in our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
* Support senior managers in daily operations and client interactions to drive business growth
* Source and match business opportunities across global markets to expand our reach
* Manage and develop a portfolio of clients and prospects to increase revenue
* Conduct market research and provide insights to support trading decisions with data-driven analysis
* Prepare offers, contracts, and documentation in coordination with legal and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
About the Role :
* We are looking for an individual who is fluent in French and English (spoken and written) - additional languages are a plus
* A strong reactivity, appetite for fast-moving environments, and genuine interest in the commodities sector, particularly in the Swiss market
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships
* Commercial mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally

* A first experience in brokerage or commodity trading is highly desirable
