Job Description Summary
Sales & Marketing Support position for Waters Advanced Diagnostics (ADx) plays an essential role in local commercial success and is fully integrated into the commercial team. The role supports and executes sales and marketing administrative activities across the territory, in the relevant languages, and in close cooperation with the field-based commercial team. In addition, it provides organizational and administrative support to the Business Manager and is responsible for organizing and managing meetings and commercial events. In short, the role acts as the local commercial support partner for the team and the customers.
Main Responsibilities
Administrative support to the sales team, commercial offers and customer communication in German, French. Italian is a plus. English, mandatory for internal communication.
Process customer requests and calls
Support the response to tenders, preparation of the dossier and required documents
Organisation of customer events, congresses, symposiums
Organisation and participation at internal commercial or educational meetings
Support the team with the usage and maintenance of the CRM (Salesforce)
Close cooperation with the Business Manager and the sales team
Support and follow-up of commercial administrative activities (contracts, pricing, credit notes and similar)
Support and being the local key person for marketing activities and coordination
Management of marketing material, promotional material, collateral, local marketing budget
Administrative management of sponsoring requests and their implementation
Participation in internal regional transnational structures for document management for example or similar
Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Competencies)
Background education in business and commercial administration preferably within the medtech field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Full written and verbal fluency in German, French and English, Italian is a plus.
