1. Support preparation of Roche Group year-end and half-year external IFRS consolidated financial statements.

2. Undertake financial closing process for equity-based compensation.

3. Provide technical accounting advice and support based on IFRS and the Roche Group accounting manual to the finance community.

4. Facilitate internal financial training events and update related training materials.
", "
5. Contribute to team projects such as ESG Reporting and accounting projects.
", "
6. Suggest process improvements and implement them on a timely basis.

About the Role:
", "As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will work closely with various teams, including Group Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal, People & Culture, and local Finance Managers. You will also collaborate with auditors and contribute to team projects.", "
