Overview
At Johnson & Johnson MedTech, we develop next‑generation solutions that improve cardiovascular care. This role leads the Electrophysiology division to expand market presence and deliver innovative products.
Responsibilities
* Achieve growth objectives through coaching the sales team and project management.
* Develop and execute a strategic business plan for sustainable growth.
* Coach, develop, inspire, and recruit sales and clinical personnel.
* Build and cultivate long‑term internal and external relationships.
* Implement company goals within the business area.
* Participate in conferences, seminars, and customer events.
* Lead a large sales & clinical team and collaborate with other sales functions.
* Manage employee performance, development, and communication.
Qualifications
* BS/MS degree in medical technology or related field.
* Very good French and English language skills, both spoken and written.
* Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing sales teams.
* Located and able to travel in Romandie (e.g. Lausanne, Geneva, Fribourg).
* Strong knowledge of the product and industry.
* Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
* Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
* Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
