How will you contribute and grow?
For our plant in Wiler b. Utzenstorf, we are seeking an immediate or flexible start Project Coordinator PP Ops to support transformation projects and assist operations teams. Reporting to the Operations LI Director, you will play a key role in strategic projects.
* Lead project portfolio management for the Air Separation Unit (ASU) in Wiler.
* Conduct risk analyses for assigned projects.
* Implement projects within schedule and budget constraints.
* Ensure projects comply with Industrial Management System (IMS) standards.
* Propose new projects for redesign and continuous improvement.
* Assist with technical questions.
* Perform operational tasks during personnel shortages to maintain operations.
* Support troubleshooting and maintenance of plant equipment.
Are you a match?
* Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields, with operational experience, preferably in chemical production.
* Optional project management certification or training.
* Native German speaker; French skills advantageous.
* IT affinity: SAP S4 HANA, Wise, Maximo, Intelex, myIMS, SIRA, etc.
* Technical knowledge of air separation processes and related disciplines: electrical, instrumentation, piping, process engineering, machinery, analytics, safety, standards, and legal regulations.
* Experience managing industrial projects.
* Knowledge of IMS (Industrial Management System).
* Precise, analytical, quality-conscious, and process-oriented work style.
* Outgoing, team-oriented, and communicative personality.
* Flexible, autonomous, and resilient under stress.
