With a strong global network and a commitment to innovation, excellence, and sustainability, we safely power our customers’ flights every day. /p pWorking with an extensive network of partners and business development offices in Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East, we offer comprehensive, fully customized solutions for the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of aircraft engines, airframes and components sales business including impeccable technical support to over 500 customers worldwide. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop competitive, creative, and profitable customer proposals with accurate cost and pricing calculations. /li liEnsure contracts, offers, and GTAs are high-quality, accurate, and aligned with proposal requirements. /li liCoordinate and document assumptions with Product Management and relevant departments, especially when deviating from standard processes. /li liCollaborate with Sales to support and conduct negotiations during the proposal phase. /li liManage smooth handover of contract details to execution teams after signature. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners while maintaining deep product knowledge. /li liDrive continuous improvement through post‑mortem analysis and proactive enhancements to tools and processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in engineering or business administration with strong financial and commercial knowledge, and at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role in aerospace or a similar industry. /li liMRO and/or engine knowledge is desirable. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liIndependent, precise, and responsible working style with strong safety, quality, and cost awareness. /li liProficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP. /li liFluent in English (C1); proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company, through competitive employment conditions you will have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally.
