Nurse in a care home

Mandated by several of our clients in Geneva and the canton of Vaud, we are looking for

• You hold a HES Nursing diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross
• You have at least two years of experience in care, ideally gained within a care home in Switzerland
• Attentive, calm and caring, you know how to manage emergency situations professionally and place human relationships at the heart of your practice
• You have skills in nursing care and basic technical procedures.
• You enjoy teamwork, have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great ability to adapt to the realities of the field.
• Proficiency in software such as SADIES is an additional asset

• You ensure the preparation and administration of treatments in strict compliance with current protocols and safety rules.
• You perform basic care as well as the necessary technical acts within the framework of a care home.
• You pay particular attention to the quality of your interactions with residents and their relatives
• You actively participate in the development and monitoring of individualised life projects, ensuring respect for the needs and choices of each person
