* You lead your shift team professionally and personally and ensure a motivating, appreciative working environment
* You recognise deviations (quality, performance, downtime, rejects) at an early stage and initiate effective measures immediately
* You develop your employees in a targeted manner, train them and promote their professional and social skills
* You consistently implement the specifications from QM, hygiene, 5S and occupational safety
* You are actively involved in CIP and improvement processes and help to sustainably optimise processes and key figures
What you bring with you
* Completed training in the obszar of food technology (e.g. food technologist, chef or similar), ideally with further training
* Management experience in the food industry as well as team spirit, assertiveness and enjoyment of employee development
* Confident handling of quality and hygiene standards (e.g. HACCP, CCP) and a wysoki sense of responsibility
* Hands-on mentality and basic technical understanding, you think for yourself, get stuck in and work together with specialist departments in a solution-orientated manner
* You enjoy working with key figures and use them to make concrete improvements with the necessary KPI affinity
