What is the Role Install, Configure, and Upgrade: Deploy, configure, and upgrade software and hardware, ensuring compatibility and security across the organisation's technology environment. Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with devices, operating systems, and core applications through multiple support channels, including ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person contact. Device Repair & Data Management: Repair or replace faulty hardware, facilitate secure data transfers, and manage user data migrations with a focus on security and minimal disruption. User Support & Training: Provide first-line technical support to users, deliver training on systems and security best practices, and promote digital literacy across the organisation.
