Group CFO (100%)
Your tasks Overall responsibility for Group Financial Reporting, KPI reporting, and the preparation of financial statements according to GAAP FER & Swiss Code of Obligations
Collaborate with CFOs to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with the group's strategic objectives
Required office presence in Delémont (and occasionally in Basel): a minimum of 2-3 days per week
Manage cash pooling to optimize liquidity and oversee consolidated cash flow management and reporting
Develop and implement a tax strategy to enhance the group's tax position, mitigate financial risks, and ensure regulatory compliance
Harmonize and optimize financial operations and internal control systems across all group companies
Build strong relationships with banks to secure funding for future acquisitions and growth initiatives
Support valuation and due diligence for acquisitions, including balance sheet, income statement, and risk assessments
Work with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance
Your profile 10 years of professional experience, minimum 3 years in the role of CFO / Head of Finance or another senior position in the finance sector
Extensive and significant experience in a similar role, applying accounting principles and financial reporting, ideally within Swiss GAAP FER and Swiss Obligations
Empathetic leadership qualities, capable of uniting and motivating teams, coupled with a strategic foresight
Proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) along with a strong understanding of Swiss regulatory compliance
Proficiency in stakeholder management coupled with strategic, holistic thinking, and assertive approach
Fluent in English, German or French is a strong asset
Completed degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant qualification
