About the Role
This position involves providing holistic support to children in various aspects, including cognitive, emotional, and creative development. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and following up on parent meetings, as well as observing and assessing the overall development of the children.
Key Responsibilities
* Support children's development across cognitive, emotional, and creative areas
* Organize and implement parent-teacher conferences
* Regularly assess and observe children's progress and abilities
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a certification or degree in early childhood education or a related field, enabling them to work as a specialist or supplementary staff member. They should identify with our pedagogical approach and be motivated to implement it collaboratively as a team member.
* Certified training as an early childhood educator or equivalent qualification
* Alignment with our educational philosophy and willingness to collaborate
* Motivation to co-create new teaching methods and develop professionally
* Interest in working within a bilingual and international environment
* Strong teamwork and commitment skills
* English or German language proficiency at level B2
